We will do out best to ensure that each order is shipped in the time listed. However, shipping and handling CAN take longer in some instances, therefore we will not issue refunds based solely on a longer than expected delivery date! We do everything possible to package our products properly and safely to help avoid shipping damage, however, shipping damage is still a possibility.
Shipping is non-refundable, buyer pays return shipping. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and a photo is required,no exceptions.
Refunds take 7-10 days to process.
Inspect for visible box / package damage. If there is any damage write the description of the damage on the freight bill prior to signing the freight bill if shipped via common freight carrier. Returns only if merchandise is defective. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
